Terms of payment:
5 years deferred payment with 5% annual interest:
• Reservation fee of 1000 Euro payable within one week from the date of the reservation
• 30% /thirty per cent/ of the price less the 1000 Euro reservation fee payable within three weeks from the date of the reservation;
• 70% /seventy per cent/ of the price payable within 60 month in 10 payments, two installments a year;
• 5% interest per year on the remaining amount
• Use of the apartment after paid 30% (thirty per cent) of the price;
• 10% /ten per cent/ commission payable immediately after 30% deposit from the client.

HOW TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT?
You can reserve this property through us for one week by transferring 500 euro to our bank account. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and he will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller.
