The complex is located right next to the lovely Aqua Park and 10 minutes walk from the lovely beaches of Sunny. The location of the property is very advantageous – it is just outside the overcrowded centre of the resort and at the same time on walking distance from the magnificent beaches of Sunny Beach and the exciting night life in the resort.

Due to the exceptional mild climate in the Sunny Beach area the Golf season there is practically 12 months! Foreign investors are planning to build in the near future a 18 hole golf course very close to the complex.

The first part of the property consists of 7 sections A1-A2, B1-B2, C1-C2, E1, F1and F2 and has 186 apartments – 64 studios, 81 one bedroom apartments and 41 two bedroom apartments. The prices of apartments in the complex are the lowest possible for this area of Sunny 945 Euro per square meter over the living area (830 Euro per square meter over the total area). Studios starting from 30 000 Euros, one bedroom starting from 44 000 Euros and two bedroom starting from 60 000 Euros The building of the complex will start March 2007, rough building and roofing is expected to be finished January 2008 and completion expected in June 2009. - Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings

- Maintenance of the green area of the complex
- Year round security
- Using of the swimming pools
- Electric lighting of the common territories
- Electric lighting of the common parts of the building

The fee is in amount of 8.34 Euro per square meter per year + VAT 20% with the following discounts:

6.95 Euro per square meter for each apartment a year + VAT 20% for advance payment for three years
5.87 Euro per square meter for each apartment a year + VAT 20% for advance payment for five years

By wish of the owners, at additional payment the following services can be provided:

- cleaning of the apartments all year round
- repairs of the apartments
- payment of the running accounts for the apartment /taxes, electricity, water etc./
- rent-a-car
- furnishing of the apartments
- using of the fitness club, tennis court, sauna, beauty centre, medical services
- cable TV and telephone
- other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay in HOLIDAY Fort Golf Club

The building design, the land shaft and the architecture style of all our complexes is performed by team of architects, headed by an architect winner of the “Architect of the year” award for 2004. The implementation of the building works is entrusted to a reputable company with long experience in the construction business.

Payment Terms:

1000 EURO reservation fee within 1 week from the date of the reservation
30% of the price less the 1000 Euro reservation fee is due within three weeks from the date of the reservation;
20% is due at finishing of the roofing works;
50% is due at completion - transfer of ownership and using the apartment

HOW TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT?
