The clients purchasing after 30.03.2007 will sign rental contract but they will not receive a guaranteed rental income for 2007. The rental income on their apartment will depend on the occupancy of their apartment during the summer season 2007. However, there will be guaranteed rental income of 6% for the season 2008.
The developer guarantees 5% rental return for the calendar 2007 and 6% for the calendar 2008. The rent for 2007 is payable when the last payment is done. If the clients wish to rent out their apartment with the developer, they will be obliged to purchase the developer's furniture pack. The apartments in the SPA section are expected to be completed in the end of December 2007. This means that the clauses on the rental income for the season 2007 do not apply to these apartments.
