The small number of flats - 30, the presence of a swimming pool with children’s area, the twenty-four-hour security and the all year round maintenance of the site provide a feeling of comfort, domesticity and safety. External persons have limited access and the places in the parking lot are reserved to owners and users of the flats.
The internal arrangement, furnishing and choice of materials for each apartment are made according to the client’s preferences.

PROMOTION - All apartments are offered at 6% discount on the prices in the table. We also offer 6% QUARANTEED INCOME for two years for all available apartments. The income is paid once at the end of the active season. If a client does not want to sign rental agreement he/she will get additional discount of 6% on purchase price.

- Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings;
- Maintenance of the swimming pool;
- Maintenance of the green area of the complex;
- year round security;
- using of the swimming pool;
- electric lighting of the common territories;
- electric lighting of the common parts of the building.
By wish of the owners, at additional payment the following services can be provided:
- cleaning and ventilation of the apartments all year round;
- repairs of the apartments;
- payment of the overhead expenses for the apartments, such as taxes, electricity, water etc.;
- rent-a-car;
- furnishing of the apartments;
- other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay.

HOW TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT?
You can reserve this property through us for one week by transferring 1000 euro to our bank account. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller so the property is taken off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller.
