- Maintenance of the green area of the complex;
- year round security;
- using of the swimming pool;
- electric lighting of the common territories;
- electric lighting of the common parts of the building.
Accumulated inflation percentage for the previous 2 /two/ years (2005 and 2006) – is 13.0 %.
We would like to represent you our new size of maintenance and management fee: an annual charge for the expenses for the management and the general maintenance of the complex for every apartment to the amount of:
A / 6.45 EUR exclusive VAT per square meter of the total area of the apartment per year at the following discounts:
B / 5.40 EUR exclusive VAT per square meter of the total area of the apartment per year providing the charge for three years is prepaid;
C/ 4.55 EUR exclusive VAT per square meter of the total area of the apartment per year providing the charge for five years is prepaid.
By wish of the owners, at additional payment the following services can be provided:
- cleaning and ventilation of the apartments all year round;
- repairs of the apartments;
- payment of the overhead expenses for the apartments, such as taxes, electricity, water etc.;
- rent-a-car;
- furnishing of the apartments;
- using of the fitness club, tennis court, sauna, beauty centre, medical services ;
- other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay in “Privilege Fort Beach”.
The complex will be ready June 2005 year.
HOW TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT?
You can reserve this property through us for one to two weeks by transferring 1000 euro to our bank account. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and he will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller.
