PAYMENT PLAN:
A reservation fee of 1000 Euro is due within one week from the date of the reservation.
Then a preliminary contract is signed (in presence or by post);
30% of the price less the 1000 Euro reservation fee is due within three weeks from the date of the reservation;
50% is due at completion - You start using the apartment;
20% of the price is due up to one year from the readiness of the building without interest;
The legal services for transferring the deeds are taken by the developer – clients pay no fee for that.
You pay additionally only the half (1,5% of the amount of the deeds) of the notary and other state costs for transferring the deeds.
HOW TO RESERVE?
You can reserve a property through us for two weeks by making a 1000 euro bank transfer. The reservation fee will take the property immediately off the market and a Preliminary Purchase Agreement will be signed and posted to you. The reservation fee is refundable only against the initial purchase price.
