The Holiday Village is designed in a ’C’- shape in order to enable all apartments to have a panoramic view to the sea and the outdoor swimming pool. The holiday village consists of 8 separated 4-story buildings around a swimming pool and the bar area. The number of the apartments in the whole village is 95 with a living area between 45 and 130 sq. m. Each building will be equipped with a lift. There are air conditioners in each apartment. Emphasis is placed on durable and sustainable materials and high standards of construction.
