This property, which is exclusive to our company, is being developed by a reputable Bulgarian building company with experience in the sector. The investor company has recently built a complex in the area of Sunny Beach, Bulgaria.

The property is nicely located next to the beach in the area of Saint Vlas, just a few minutes away from the biggest summer resort in Bulgaria - Sunny Beach. The complex features 51 suites, almost all of which have a sea view.

The modern architectural design is in line with the surrounding developments, mostly hotels and other apartment complexes.
All suites are offered fully finished and furnished: painted walls and ceilings, terracotta and parquet flooring and the bathrooms have faience tiling and terracotta flooring. All rooms have local air conditioning. The whole complex is fenced and has its own security and maintenance service.

PAYMENT TERMS

30% deposit of signing the Preliminary Agreement. Possibility for monthly instalments through the period of the building works.
Transfer costs (total about 3-4% of the declared value):
- Municipal tax of 2%: paid by the Buyer

MAINTNENANCE:

2.4. Installations:
- Water and Sewage - polypropylene, PVC; installment – bathroom fittings and mixing taps – hot water boiler (Bulgarian)
- Electrical switches and wall plugs, light fittings and air conditioners will be installed in every room
2.5. Facades – polymer plastering and stone revetment
2.6. Joinery:
- Windows and balcony doors - PVC double - glazing
- Doors: entrance door – MDF, veneered; inside doors MDF
2.7. Kitchen area - furnished with MDF cupboards and equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, glass ceramic cooking board and an aspirator.
2.8. Bedrooms - furnished with MDF furniture, according to architectural project.
2.9. Common parts - completed
3. Infrastructure- completed electrical, town- development and designed grassing, established travel connections

Note: After signing the title deeds of the real property, the parties will negotiate the clauses of subscribed service (security guards and maintenance) of the common parts of the complex.

BUILDING GUARANTEE: The developer grants a free Damages insurance for the first year of residency in the buildings.

HOW TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT?
