WAY OF FINISHING:
The price for an apartment in PARADISE PARK includes the corresponding common areas of the building and the infrastructure of the residential section of the building, communications and green areas.
The client receives an apartment completely accomplished and partially equipped with furniture. The client can choose additional furniture and equipment from catalogue.

The partial furniture and equipment, which are included in the price, are as follows:

PAYMENT TERMS
• 10 % upon signing the agreement;
• 40 % upon completing to shell stage;
• 30 % upon all construction works completed (the so called act15.);
• 10 % upon getting the official Use Permit;
• 10 % upon keys handing over (completion of furnishing).

average price for a 25 sq. m garage - € 7500.
• Prices of parking places (outdoor) - € 3600 per place.
• Offices and trading spaces - € 870 per sq. m, VAT not included.

Prices are valid till December 31, 2004.


MAINTENANCE:
Annual fee of 300 euro, which covers 24-hour security, maintenance of the swimming pool, the complex' common areas, green area.
Possibility to rent out with a travel agent to be negotiated with the developer upon completion of the project.
