PAYMENT PLANS

Reservation of apartments:

You can reserve your apartment by transferring 1000 euro. We will take the property off the market for two weeks. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the apartment when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed.The Reservation Fee is non-refundable if a preliminary agreement is not signed within six weeks of reservation.

Maintenance Services:

Annual fee for maintenance and security €8 per sqm per annum. A service and maintenance cost will be charged for common area maintenance, lighting (staircase, parking, adjacent area, etc.) and other miscellaneous costs.

Property Management And Letting:

You receive the following services at additional cost. Our property management services include:
• full property management
• assistance in furnishing the apartments
• all services required to keep the apartment in good condition.

Additional services possible:
• cleaning and ventilation of the apartments all year round;
• repairs of the apartments;
• dealing with expenses for the apartments, such as taxes, electricity, water etc.

Facilities

HOW TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT?
You can reserve this property through us for two weeks by transferring 1000 euro to our bank account. We will immediately pay the sum to the seller and he will take the property off the market. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the property when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed with the seller.
