| The property market in Sofia: Investing in property in Sofia offers greater flexibility and longer term security than any other property in Bulgaria. The property market has seen a steady growth in the last years, although not as abrupt as the growth in the resort areas like Sunny Beach, Bansko and Pamporovo.
