Biodar Real Estate has established a partnership with www.bulgaria-furniture.co.uk to provide a complete furnishing service for our clients. bulgaria-furniture.co.uk works with several furniture manufacturers and workshops in Sunny Beach, Sofia and Bansko. We have already furnished on behalf of our clients a number of apartments in the area of Sunny Beach (including Nessebar, Ravda, Saint Vlas, Pomorie, Burgas, Sozopol), Sofia (including Borovets and Bansko) and Pamporovo. We are able to offer Bulgaria furniture at lower prices since we deal straight with the Bulgarian furniture makers, thus avoiding middleman like furniture shops and retailers.

Our furniture offer is also open to clients who have bought their property through other real estate agents.

In practice, to completely furnish a two-bedroom apartment in Bulgaria to a normal standard you will need to spend about 2500 to 3500 EURO. The sum may vary depending on the electrical appliances you would choose to have and the quality of the materials used, whether they are produced in Buglaria or not, etc. The above amount would also cover kitchen cupboards (they as a rule are not fitted in the apartments as you buy it!); kitchen electrical appliances like fridge, stove and ceramic heaters; beds with mattresses; wardrobes; coffee and kitchen tables, blinds, etc. The price would not cover for bed linens, curtains, cutlery and other accessories, which are available in nearby stores.
