Agent commission: Our commission is flat at 3% of the purchase price, and is negotiable. The fee is payable when preliminary purchase agreement is signed. The minimum fee for our service is 700 euro (VAT of 20% excluded).
Company registration - We charge 450 euro for setting up a limited company on behalf of the client. The service includes also includes registration in the tax, social insurance and statistical authorities.
Other costs: The transfer is subject to notary and municipal fees, which are about 2.5% to 3% of the declared value of the property. Please note that the prices of the properties you see on our website do not include the transaction costs and our commission.

HISTORY

Biodar Real Estate, previously known as InvestConsult Ltd, was established in 1991. The company started as a trading enterprise with main partners from Russia and Scandinavia. In 1998 the company took its present name, Biodar, as a consequence of its changed direction. Since then the company has been active in real estate consulting, with focus on foreign private investors. Biodar Real Estate has since 1998 worked successfully with many private property investors from the UK, Ireland, Russia, Germany and others. We have now many years of experience in a frequently changing market. Currently, 50% of our business comes from referrals from previous clients or foreign partners. At present, we are one of the leaders in our niche market in Bulgaria.
